Kinness Talamh – Copper Field Watch with ETA 2824
Talamh (tall-aff) means “earth” in Gaelic—a fitting name for this rugged, copper-cased field watch built around the legendary Swiss ETA 2824 movement. Its brushed copper case ages beautifully over time, developing a unique patina that mirrors the rugged landscapes of Scotland.
With clean, oversized numerals, vintage hands, and a buffed leather strap, the Talamh feels at home on a forest hike or the boardroom. Every piece is handcrafted in Scotland, and limited in number—making it a quiet statement of refined confidence.
– Self-winding, mechanical, 25 jewel Swiss ETA 2824 movement beating at 28800bph.
– The fully copper case features a screw-down crown and case back to improve water resistance. Over time, the case will develop a patina as unique as the adventures you take it on.
Case diameter – 39mm (42.5mm including crown)
Lug to lug – 48mm
Thickness – 13mm
Lug width – 20mm
– Sapphire crystal. There is a very slight dome to the crystal which adds to the vintage look.
– The minimalist pilot-style dial is fully lumed in green and is topped off with vintage-style sword hands which are lumed in orange.
– The strap is a thick, robust vintage leather band with a brass buckle. It will take a while to bed into the shape of your wrist, but it is extremely hard-wearing and should last a lifetime.
– Water resistant to 10ATM. As it has a copper case, too much water exposure might force the patina to develop unevenly. It will, however, survive a good rain shower with no issues at all.
– Kinness branding on rotor.
Comes with storage box.
