Arnex 6498 mechanical watch by Kinness

Arnex pocket watch conversion. Fitted with a genuine decorated rose gold-toned Unitas ETA 6498 Swiss movement, which has been cleaned and regulated.

The movement keeps time well. On the timegrapher, it is consistent at +3 seconds a day in both dial-up and dial-down positions.

The 42mm case and strap are brand new with period-correct mineral glass front and rear, taking an unused, forgotten piece of horological history and giving it a new lease of life.

This beautiful watch is fitted with a 22mm-wide Panerai-style red leather strap that complements the original dial perfectly. This watch would work well as a dress watch, something different to wear at the office, or as a casual summer watch.
